KUALA LUMPUR, 10 October 2025 – Central Spectrum (M) Sdn. Bhd. (CSSB) marked another remarkable day at the Selangor Investment & Industrial Park Expo (SPARK 2025), held in conjunction with the 9th Selangor International Business Summit (SIBS 2025) at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
The highlight of the day was the Exchange of Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) between Central Spectrum (M) Sdn. Bhd., represented by Mr. Amran Abdul Wahab, Chief Operating Officer, and Colform Sdn. Bhd., represented by Mr. Kang Ket Hung, Managing Director. The ceremony was witnessed by YB Ng Sze Han, Selangor State Executive Councillor for Investment, Trade and Mobility, YBhg. Dato’ Hasan Azhari Idris, Chief Executive Officer of Invest Selangor Berhad and Mr. Mohd Zapi Abdullah, Member of the Board of Director of CSSB.
CSSB was also deeply honoured to receive a visit from YAB Dato’ Seri Haji Wan Rosdy Wan Ismail, Chief Minister of Pahang, at the CSSB booth. His visit was warmly welcomed and appreciated as a gesture of support for Selangor’s thriving industrial ecosystem. Also visiting was Mr. Saipolyazan M. Yusop, Chief Executive Officer of Menteri Besar Selangor (Incorporated), who exchanged insights on Pulau Indah’s ongoing development progress and future opportunities.
Throughout the day, Mr. Amran Abdul Wahab and the dedicated CSSB team continued to welcome visitors, investors, and partners to the booth, where the Aluna Residence Showcase remained a crowd favourite for guests exploring Pulau Indah’s latest residential offering and making direct reservations.
As Day 3 draws to a close, CSSB remains steadfast in its mission to strengthen partnerships, foster sustainable growth, and position Pulau Indah as Selangor’s leading hub for industrial and community excellence.
