Bhd.) to pioneer the future of the halal economy. This next-generation development builds upon the legacy of the iconic Selangor Halal Hub (established in 2003), creating a benchmark for success in the modern halal market.
Strategically located in Pulau Indah, The Magnet offers businesses a critical competitive edge with direct access to key national logistics hubs: Westports (one of the world's busiest container terminals), the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), and seamless connectivity to Malaysia’s major highway network.

The Magnet will feature a holistic ecosystem with halal-compliant infrastructure, built with 32 factory units, 14 units of food and beverage kiosk, collaborative event spaces, a lush greenery rooftop garden and dedicated advisory support from HIS.
