SHAH ALAM, 24 November 2025 – Central Spectrum (M) Sdn. Bhd. (CSSB) successfully concluded its three-day participation at the Selangor Property Expo 2025, held from 21 to 23 November 2025 at Central i-City, Shah Alam. The annual exhibition, organised by the Selangor Housing and Property Board (LPHS), brought together over 30 housing developments under one roof, offering the public direct access to affordable homes, financial guidance, and property consultation sessions.
CSSB’s booth attracted strong visitor interest as the team showcased Aluna Residences, the latest property development in Pulau Indah. Visitors were given the opportunity to explore unit layouts, understand the unique features of Aluna Residences, and register their interest for upcoming launches. The interactive presentation and one-to-one consultation sessions enabled potential buyers to gain deeper insight into the lifestyle and investment value offered by the project.
Tuan Amran Abdul Wahab, Chief Operating Officer, representing CSSB to received the Certificate of Appreciation by YB Datuk Borhan Aman Shah, Selangor State Executive Councillor for Housing and Culture, who officiated the closing ceremony on 23 November 2025 alongside with the present of YBhg. Dato’ Haji Mohd Fauzi Haji Mohd Yatim, Mayor of Shah Alam City Council. His presence highlighted the State Government’s commitment to supporting sustainable housing development and enhancing homeownership opportunities for Selangor residents.
