PULAU INDAH, 24 November 2025 – Central Spectrum (M) Sdn. Bhd. (CSSB) today hosted a strategic meeting and site visit for a distinguished delegation from the People’s Republic of China, aimed at strengthening cross-border cooperation and showcasing the ongoing development progress within Pulau Indah.
The CSSB delegation was led by Tuan Amran Abdul Wahab, Chief Operating Officer of CSSB, together with Heads of Department and senior management. The engagement began with a corporate presentation at the Central Spectrum Sales Gallery (CSSG), where delegates were briefed on CSSB’s master planning, investment potential, and key projects that continue to position Pulau Indah as a growing industrial and residential hub.
Among the international delegates present were Dato’ Alex Wee Cheng Kwan, Advisor to ICM Womai Technology Sdn. Bhd.; Tan Zuo Qing (Eva), Business Development Executive of ICM Womai Technology Sdn. Bhd.; and Cindy Fu Qinglan, Managing Director (China Region) of SD Guthrie International. The delegation also included senior representatives from leading Chinese institutions and industry associations such as the Shandong Steel Structure Industry Association, Shandong Jianzhu University, Qingdao Yihe Steel Structure Group, and the Beijing Steel Structure Industry Association, alongside several construction and engineering enterprises. Their participation reflects a strong and growing interest in the development opportunities across Pulau Indah.
Following the presentation, the delegates were brought on a comprehensive tour of several key sites, including SBB Industrial Park (SBBIP) Phase 1A, Phase 1B, Aluna Residences, and Laguna Park, with additional drive-through briefings across Precinct 2 before concluding at SBBIP Precincts 3A and 3B. The visit provided delegates with first-hand insights into current progress, infrastructure readiness, and the future development trajectory of CSSB’s projects.
