CSSB Integrity & Governance Unit (IGU)

Established in 2022, the Integrity & Governance Unit (IGU) was formed as a strategic initiative to consolidate, strengthen, and uphold integrity and governance within the corporate framework of CSSB.

The IGU represents CSSB’s commitment to transparency, ethical conduct, and corruption prevention, serving as a central body to oversee and regulate all matters related to integrity, governance, and compliance in a comprehensive and structured manner.

Anti-Corruption and Embezzlement Policy

This policy safeguards organizational integrity by preventing fraud, bribery, and misuse of resources, ensuring that all business practices are conducted in an ethical, transparent, and accountable manner.

Whistleblower Policy

The Whistleblower Policy provides a safe and confidential platform for individuals to report misconduct without fear of retaliation. It reinforces CSSB’s commitment to protecting whistleblowers while promoting accountability across all levels of the organization.

Giving and Accepting Gifts Policy

This policy governs the exchange of gifts to prevent conflicts of interest and uphold ethical standards. By ensuring transparency in all interactions, CSSB fosters a culture of fairness, trust, and professionalism in its business dealings.

CSSB Organizational Anti-Corruption Plan

The Organizational Anti-Corruption Plan (OACP) of the CSSB Group of Companies contains due diligence through the implementation of a more transparent and preventive action plan to strengthen CSSB’s organizational governance in combating issues related to corruption and integrity.
